To ensure a smooth and quick release process, please be prepared to present the following documents at our impound facility. All documents must be original and current.
- Valid, Government-Issued Photo Identification: A driver’s license, state ID card, passport, or military ID that matches the name on the vehicle’s title or registration.
- Proof of Ownership: The original vehicle title or a current vehicle registration certificate.
- Proof of Current Insurance: Your insurance policy must be active and meet Tennessee’s state requirements.
- Payment for All Fees: We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. A processing fee may apply to card payments. Please, no personal checks.

- Processing: Our team will search our impound database for a vehicle matching your information. This is typically done during our business hours.

A: Our vehicle release hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We are closed on major holidays. Please call ahead to confirm hours.

A: Yes. You can retrieve personal property from your vehicle during our business hours. You must still provide proof of identity and ownership to access the vehicle. Please note that items attached to the vehicle (such as stereos, speakers, or wheels) cannot be removed.
